🍑 Correspondence via telephone calls and emails.

🍑 Design and development of the wedding according to the chosen theme and other specifications.
🍑 Presentation and recommendations of various service providers.
🍑 Planning remote meetings via WhatsApp or other platforms.
🍑 Assistance with accommodation if necessary (hotels/villas/other).
🍑 Coordination with service providers – this includes confirming arrangements, deliveries/services, as well as ensuring smooth execution.

🍑 Preparation of a customized program for the wedding day.
🍑 Supervision of preparations and setup of logistics/decorations on the big day.
🍑 Reception and placement of basic wedding elements such as programs, guestbook, seating cards, table numbers, guest favors, menu cards, etc.
🍑 Close collaboration with evening service providers such as the DJ/Entertainment, catering service, photographer/videographer to ensure smooth execution.
🍑 Acting as the point of contact during the event for catering/hoteliers/DJ/Photographer for any questions or issues.
🍑 Full coordination of the ceremony (civil/religious/secular) and reception until the end of the evening.
